A new handmade lampshade suitable for table lamps and wall lights.

A limited collection of Renaissance lampshades. Cloth of Gold is a printed paper with earthy, autumnal tones taken from the 16th Century painting “The Field of the Cloth of Gold, originally painted for Henry VIII. The texture of this paper gives the same feel as parchment and comes alive when lit!

Perfectly finished with a dark grey trim and lined in white to reflect light from the inside of the shade back onto the wall. French in design the half shade has a candle clip which is perfect for a lamp base or wall lights.

Height 24.5cm, width 14cm, depth 7cm.

Price is per single lampshade.

It is made by hand with care using a more traditional six step process as I do not use the rolled edge method found in most lampshade making kits, giving a more refined finish. The products comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008, the British Standard for Luminaries.
